We offer a 15-day open refund policy (from the time your product reached your shipping address) in which to open a dispute. We strive to bring you the best service and will do our best to assist you with any possible issues, unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time. We do require that you have a receipt and/or proof of purchase and defect in order to file a claim. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund within the 30 day period, please first check your bank account for any pending payments, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as there is often processing time between transactions, especially during weekends and holidays.
